You will lead complex, companywide technology initiatives and define engineering standards for large-scale solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document complex projects and programs.
• Analyze large-scale technology solutions to meet strategic business objectives and technical challenges.
• Define companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions.
• Lead projects, manage teams, and serve as a peer mentor to junior staff.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation during non-standard business hours.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Application Development in Java.
• 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA 11g/12c, Oracle Service Bus 11g/12c, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) including BPEL, Web Services, WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XSD, XPath, and XSLT.
• Experience implementing SOA Suite technology adapters (DB, JMS, MQ, and File).
• 2+ years of experience designing enterprise applications for real-time and batch data processing.
• 2+ years of experience with Kafka and Microservices.
• 2+ years of experience in production support and troubleshooting web applications.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of IT Security Frameworks including Authentication, Authorization, and Access Control.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Redis or Oracle Coherence Cache.
• Front-end development experience using Angular or React JS.
• Strong design experience in Design Patterns, Domain Driven Design, and Event-based integration.
