Description

Lead the design and execution of complex software solutions while mentoring developers and guiding technical direction.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complex, efficient software solutions independently.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product owners to deliver functional products.
• Coach and mentor software developers, providing technical guidance to leadership.
• Drive the technical direction of products based on business drivers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience with Angular development.
• Strong experience with AWS serverless development.
• 5+ years of cloud-native development experience (AWS Python preferred).
• Deep understanding of APIs, including designing, building, and consuming them.
• Experience with automation and optimization to create repeatable patterns.
• Ability to manage and optimize databases.
• Deep understanding of cyber security principles (authentication, authorization, encryption).
• Experience working with one or more CI/CD stacks.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of AWS Python cloud-native development experience.
