Description

You will lead the design, development, and technical direction of large-scale data engineering solutions and ETL processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document complex technology solutions for enterprise-scale projects.
• Develop engineering standards and company-wide best practices for large-scale technology disciplines.
• Provide technical consultation for vendor-hosted applications throughout the full application lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to build and prioritize product development backlogs.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for troubleshooting and mentor junior staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5 years of ETL programming experience.
• 3 years delivering ETL, data warehouse, and data analytics on big data architectures like Teradata.
• 3 years of SQL experience.
• 3 years of Agile experience.
• 2+ years working with cloud-hosted databases.
• Proficiency with SQL and Teradata.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Ab Initio, DB2, Unix, and Teradata.
• Experience integrating and securing applications in Azure cloud environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and Scrum/Agile frameworks.
