You will architect and build the backbone of platform integration initiatives, leading a small team of engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, highly available solutions for platform integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design integration requirements.
• Lead a small team of engineers through technical guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure code quality via rigorous testing and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Expertise in Java.
• Experience with gRPC-based microservices architecture.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling high-performance solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
