Description

Lead Java development efforts, owning architecture, design, and release of enterprise applications on AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable enterprise applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
• Lead technical decisions, code reviews, and mentoring for the engineering team.
• Build and maintain robust REST APIs and microservices.
• Manage AWS infrastructure including IAM, Kinesis, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and KMS.
• Oversee DevOps practices and release pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Java development experience (Java 17 preferred).
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer capacity.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and REST API development.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience (IAM, Kinesis, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, KMS).
• Proficient in SQL and relational database design.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in enterprise application development.
• Experience with system architecture and high-level design.
