Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, support and maintain a growing benchmark algorithmic trading platform and liquidity seeking platform for Asian markets.
• Contribute significantly to front office trading teams in terms of pre and post-trade analysis and design of algorithmic trading strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and build algorithmic trading strategies and trading platforms for multiple business silos.
• Integrate reliability into the software development lifecycle while promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand client trading requirements and translate them into customized algorithmic trading strategies.
• Set up A/B experimental flows to evaluate the performance of algorithmic trading strategies and optimize trading outcomes.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth trading flow operations and end-to-end client onboarding support.
• Drive impact analysis and lead follow-up actions on APAC cash exchange mandatory events across equity trading teams.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention across trading systems.
• Lead incident response efforts, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future recurrences.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures for system operations and incident management.

Experience Required: 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering with formal training or certification on software engineering concepts. Hands-on experience in electronic trading systems, site reliability engineering, or related field is required
