Description

You will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of algorithmic trading and liquidity seeking platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain benchmark algorithmic trading and liquidity seeking platforms for Asian markets.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and build trading strategies and platforms across business silos.
• Integrate reliability into the software development lifecycle, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Set up A/B experimental flows to evaluate and optimize algorithmic trading strategy performance.
• Lead incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Electronic Trading Systems or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and DevOps practices.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Competence in Bash Scripting.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience in Financial Services environments.
