Description

You will lead the administration and support of large-scale Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager infrastructure and client systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, including Site Servers, Distribution Points, and agent health.
• Manage OS deployment, application package distribution, advertisements, and collections.
• Deploy Microsoft and third-party security patches to client machines.
• Lead small to medium-sized projects, managing schedules, deliverables, risks, and documentation.
• Evaluate and test hardware, OS, and applications to provide upgrade recommendations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation requiring a response within one hour.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• 3-4 years of experience with Azure AD.
• 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft Operating Systems or Unix and LAN implementation.
• Proficiency with Windows, Active Directory, and LAN/WAN components.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• 1-2 years of experience with client-server applications in 2-tier and 3-tier architectures.
• Intermediate knowledge of client-server hardware platforms.
• Strong technical writing skills for project documentation and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
