Lead Software Engineer

Lead the design, implementation, and support of BPM-based solutions using the Appian suite in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement BPM solutions, mobile applications, portal applications, and extended interface applications.
• Convert business process requirements into functional prototypes and screen flows for client demonstration.
• Develop Appian plug-ins and manage system integrations in in-house and cloud-hosted environments.
• Perform data modeling, database design, and management using relational database management systems.
• Provide production support and ensure adherence to Appian architecture and BPMN standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Appian application development.
• Appian L2 certification or higher is required.
• Proven track record of at least two full Appian BPM implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Appian versions 19.x, 20.x, 21.x, and above.
• Expertise in Appian Sites, Appian Records, and UX design.
• Proficiency with Web Services, including SOAP and REST.
• Strong command of HTML, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL.
• Knowledge of SAML and OAuth frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
