Lead frontend architecture and implementation for scalable, accessible React applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable, responsive UI components using React.js and TypeScript.
• Design and maintain a centralized component library to ensure design consistency and scalability.
• Implement WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA standards, ensuring keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility.
• Collaborate with UX designers and Product Managers to translate concepts into functional interfaces.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and optimize mobile-first performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of frontend development experience.
• Expert proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.
• Strong command of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of WCAG Accessibility standards.
• Experience building and maintaining component libraries.
• Knowledge of mobile-first design principles.
• Ability to integrate with Flutter environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting accessibility audits and design system maintenance.
• Proven track record in cross-team communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and UX design collaboration.
