Description

You will lead full stack development efforts for large-scale applications, resolving complex engineering challenges in distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to full stack development using modern web technologies.
• Analyze and resolve complex engineering challenges involving distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical standards with business goals.
• Consult on strategic initiatives and participate in organizational planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in development practices and tooling.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in full stack software engineering.
• 5+ years of UI development experience using Angular and/or React.
• 5+ years of Core Java development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with relational databases.
• 5+ years of experience with distributed server platforms.
• 5+ years of experience with SDLC tools including GitHub, Maven, Harness, and UDeploy.
• 3+ years of experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MongoDB, Kafka, or OpenShift (OCP) cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML.
