Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and execution for full-stack development initiatives.
• Mentor team members and drive professional development across the engineering group.
• Plan and prioritize engineering activities and manage the product backlog.
• Ensure adherence to established standards and framework compliance during development.
• Lead the team to deliver committed milestones on schedule.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET development and associated frameworks.
• Proven experience with Angular frameworks (Angular 2, AngularJS, Angular).
• Proficiency in Unit Testing practices and conducting thorough code reviews.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and integrating AI/Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience using GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
• Strong understanding and application of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to mentor and lead software engineering teams effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, grooming, and reviews.
