Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of distributed Java-based solutions while providing technical guidance to the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and debug complex Java/J2EE applications and microservices.
• Influence design strategies, tool adoption, and Agile practices across the team.
• Analyze production issues, determine root causes, and implement resolutions.
• Drive SDLC acceleration by adapting DevOps models for continuous integration and delivery.
• Coordinate with globally distributed teams to deliver end-to-end solutions across regions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied experience in mature design, coding, testing, and debugging.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AngularJS and ReactJS for UI development.
• Experience designing and developing microservices based on Domain Driven Design.
• Proven track record in database design and cloud application development using Cloud Foundry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed tracing tools.
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka, Cassandra, or NoSQL databases.
• Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones.
