You will lead full-stack development with a focus on conversational AI integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable services using the MERN stack.
• Design complex dialogue flows for conversational AI systems using NLU principles.
• Integrate systems via RESTful APIs and Webhooks, managing SQL and NoSQL data persistence.
• Deploy and scale applications on Google Cloud or AWS infrastructure.
• Optimize chatbot performance by analyzing user feedback and refining confidence scores.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and MongoDB.
• Practical experience with Prompt Engineering for LLMs and Generative AI (RAG).
• Familiarity with Dialogflow CX or Amazon Lex.
• Experience deploying services on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Functions) or AWS (Lambda, EC2).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, real-time system interactions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CSS and frontend styling within React applications.
