Description

You will act as the technical lead for the X-Digi program, providing architectural design and technical leadership across multiple software workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture, design, and engineering standards for software products.
• Lead a team of agile developers, providing hands-on support and championing engineering culture.
• Perform peer code reviews and resolve complex software design challenges.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to implement and document strategic technical decisions.
• Manage technical debt, dependencies, and trade-offs to ensure delivery within constraints.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery.
• 5+ years of experience building and leading software engineering teams.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Proficiency in React.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience designing applications for Windows, Linux, AWS, and Azure environments.
• Strong full stack and DevOps capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree.
