Roles and Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain modular, well-tested full stack applications with a focus on long-term maintainability.
• Lead a full-stack feature team with mobile, API, and quality engineers, ensuring predictable delivery and engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with solution architects, UI/UX designers, and product owners to define roadmaps and technical designs.
• Provide hands-on engineering leadership by contributing to the codebase and reviewing pull requests with actionable feedback.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in API/microservice design and lead by example in engineering practices.

Skills Required:

• 15 - 22 years of experience in full stack software engineering
• Node.js and Node (hands-on backend development)
• React (including reusable component patterns) and responsive web development
• TypeScript (strong typing and maintainable front-end code)
• Full stack delivery with modular design, testing discipline, and production-grade engineering practices

Good to Have:

• DevOps practices and pipelines
• GCP experience

Education: Relevant engineering degree (or equivalent practical experience)
