Lead engineering efforts to deliver complex, scalable SaaS applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a 5–6 member engineering team, driving technical excellence.
• Architect and develop full stack SaaS applications focused on CDM workflows and automation.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability in a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS environment.
• Oversee code reviews, engineering best practices, and CI/CD adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack SaaS development.
• Proficiency in React, Angular, or Next.js for frontend development.
• Strong backend experience using Node.js, Flask, Java, or .NET.
• Solid grasp of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on proficiency with Git, CI/CD practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and mentoring skills aligned with business outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience scaling SaaS products in CDM or data management domains.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
