You will lead agile teams in developing complex workflow applications for model governance and validation, ensuring product stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile teams and provide technical guidance during development.
• Drive design discussions for complex workflow applications.
• Convert functional requirements into high-quality code using industry standards.
• Establish end-to-end SDLC practices and DevOps workflows.
• Partner with global delivery teams and stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of IT industry experience.
• 10+ years with Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring UI, and Spring Boot.
• 10+ years of web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, Angular (6, 7+), and Bootstrap.
• 10+ years with ORM (Hibernate, Spring JDBC, JPA) and JDBC.
• 8+ years with databases including Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, or Teradata.
• 6+ years with JMS and Java Web Services.
• 6+ years with Spring Batch.
• Hands-on experience with messaging services like Kafka or JMS.
• Practical knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, or AWS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with global delivery teams.
• Strong unit testing practices.
