Description

Lead backend development for high-volume, mission-critical systems using C# and SQL Server.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of senior developers and mentor engineers in their areas of expertise.
• Develop, debug, and deliver enterprise-level multi-tier components for high-volume systems.
• Execute the full Agile Scrum SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, prototyping, programming, and testing.
• Collaborate with business units and department managers to act as a technical liaison.
• Identify and raise potential issues regarding system performance, quality, or architectural integrity.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of software development experience using C# and .NET.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Proven ability to write multi-tier components for high-volume systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
• Experience developing web applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ReactJS, SPA, or Web API.
• Proficiency in Python.
