Description

Lead the architecture and implementation of automated testing frameworks to ensure software reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the roadmap and architecture for test automation and software test suites.
• Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Write reference code and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality, testable software.
• Mentor junior engineers in automation best practices and testing methodologies.
• Identify, document, and track defects while working with developers to resolve them.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in Java or JavaScript.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Hands-on experience with JUnit, TestNG, or Wiremock.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and modern CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of smoke tests, API testing, UI testing, and penetration testing.
• Understanding of executable specification and behavior-driven specification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance and load testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
