Description

Lead onshore and offshore development teams while consulting on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives. You will review multi-faceted challenges, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with clients to deliver scalable solutions using Java, React, and IAM technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee onshore and/or offshore engineering teams as the senior technical authority.
• Consult on complex, long-term initiatives requiring broad impact and large-scale planning.
• Evaluate and resolve multi-faceted technical challenges through in-depth analysis.
• Collaborate with client personnel to design and deliver scalable, efficient systems.
• Ensure all engineering outputs comply with established policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing onshore or offshore development teams.
• Proficiency in Java and React for building scalable applications.
• Strong database management and design skills.
• Ability to leverage AI tools and build systems at speed.
• Strong problem-solving skills for evaluating complex technical constraints.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
