Lead technical development and contribute directly to the codebase through hands-on engineering.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts, overseeing code quality, reviews, and team collaboration.
• Design, develop, test, and integrate scalable applications using modern software patterns.
• Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Drive the transition and management of services within microservices and RESTful architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Deep expertise in software design, testing, and integration.
• Proven experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) using Jest or Mockito.
• Experience managing relational databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or DB2.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments, specifically AWS or Azure.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and secure coding practices.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and microservices architecture.
• Experience serving as a technical lead for development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, and S3.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Linux, Docker, and serverless environments.
