Description

You will lead onshore and offshore development teams while consulting on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted software engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel to define and deliver high-impact technical solutions.
• Build and optimize scalable systems leveraging AI, Java, React, and database technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Leadership experience overseeing onshore and/or offshore teams as the most senior member or lead.
• Proficiency in Java and React for full-stack development.
• Strong database management and design skills.
• Ability to develop scalable systems efficiently and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
