Description

Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers to deliver cloud-based solutions for regulatory and financial empowerment needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
• Collaborate with digital product managers to design and deliver robust cloud solutions.
• Mentor engineering community members and participate in internal and external technology communities.
• Utilize programming languages including JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go.
• Implement solutions using Open Source RDBMS/NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS tools.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure).
• 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
• 1+ year of experience with cloud computing.

Preferred Skills

• Master's Degree.
• Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity beyond basic code completion.
