Description

You will lead a scrum team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise platform solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform modernization initiatives by migrating legacy systems to scalable, secure architectures.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define stories, evaluate requirements, and estimate delivery effort.
• Influence product architecture and recommend resilient solutions to improve existing systems.
• Prioritize high-value deliverables and ensure rapid, reliable delivery of quality platform solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing .Net-based solutions in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL Server technologies.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and single-page applications.
• Experience working within the healthcare industry, specifically with Risk Adjustment and Quality Management.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub.
• Hands-on experience with data transformation.
• Background in microservices development and Test Driven Development.

Preferred Skills

• Azure cloud development experience.
