Description

You will lead the development and architecture of enterprise software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define stories, evaluate requirements, and gather business needs from product owners and stakeholders.
• Estimate delivery effort and prioritize high-value deliverables as a scrum team leader.
• Influence product architecture design, development, and deployment in collaboration with Technical Product Owners.
• Lead platform modernization by migrating from legacy systems to scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
• Ensure rapid, reliable, and repeated delivery of quality platform solutions to the enterprise.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing .Net-based solutions in an enterprise environment, influencing development and architecture.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL Server technologies.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and single-page applications.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry, including understanding of Risk Adjustment and Quality Management.
• Experience with data transformation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub.
• Familiarity with Microservices development.

Preferred Skills

• Azure cloud development experience.
• Experience with Test Driven Development.
