You will lead technical direction and delivery for platform modernization efforts, moving legacy systems to scalable solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, evaluate, and translate business requirements from product owners and stakeholders.
• Estimate delivery effort and prioritize high-value deliverables as the scrum team leader.
• Influence product architecture design, development, and deployment alongside Technical Product owners.
• Ensure rapid, reliable, and repeatable delivery of quality enterprise platform solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years developing .Net-based solutions in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years experience with SQL Server technologies.
• 2+ years experience with JavaScript and single-page applications.
• Experience utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with .NET 8.
• Experience in healthcare, including Risk Adjustment and Quality Management.

Preferred Skills

• Azure cloud development experience.
• Data transformation experience.
• Microservices development experience.
