Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team including Java backend and React frontend developers.
• Partner with Product and Delivery teams to shape roadmaps, prioritize work, and manage dependencies.
• Own the platform's long-term technical vision and architectural runway with proper guardrails and integration contracts.
• Establish and meet reliability goals by implementing observability and resilience patterns across systems.
• Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews to reduce MTTR and lower change failure rates.
• Maintain secure-by-default practices including authentication, authorization, and secrets management throughout development lifecycle.
• Architect and implement high-performance Java services while performing profiling and tuning for optimal performance.
• Convert business requirements into technical roadmaps, OKRs, and measurable deliverables for stakeholder alignment.
• Coach engineers on safe and compliant adoption of AI tools within delivery practices.

Experience Required: 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering with formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
