You will lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Own complex technical problems and deliver secure solutions.
• Drive code quality, unit testing, and CI/CD automation.
• Collaborate with architects and product managers to define technical direction.
• Mentor team members to maintain engineering excellence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency with JUnit, Mockito, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or PCF.
