Description

You will lead QA efforts for ATM banking software and hardware, ensuring rigorous testing across client-server and mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies and plans for complex ATM systems and hardware certification projects.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UAT, and integration testing for Diebold, NCR, and Hyosung ATM models.
• Manage end-to-end device certification, configuration, and installation for payment systems and middleware.
• Write SQL queries for backend testing and troubleshoot transaction middleware, VPN tunnels, and TCP/IP configurations.
• Document defects and test results using JIRA and HP ALM, collaborating with network and development teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience specializing in QA for web, client-server, and mobile applications.
• Deep expertise in ATM domains, including Cash Deposit, Check Deposit, Recycling, Bill Payment, and Mixed Media transactions.
• Hands-on experience with Diebold (Proflex4, Vynamic, Opteva), NCR, and Hyosung ATM hardware and software.
• Proficiency in SDLC, STLC, Waterfall, Agile, and RUP methodologies.
• Strong SQL skills for backend data validation and UNIX log tracing.
• Experience with defect lifecycle management tools including JIRA, HP ALM, Confluence, Xray, and Bitbucket.
