You will lead software development for business applications and complex integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams through the software development lifecycle.
• Develop business applications using relational and non-relational databases.
• Manage infrastructure landscapes for distributed architectures, including sizing and benchmarking.
• Design integrations using SAP SuccessFactors data models, SFAPI/ODATA APIs, and Integration Center.
• Oversee communication protocols and data exchange across distributed systems.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software development experience building business applications.
• 4+ years in a technical lead role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience.
• Deep understanding of XML, XML Schemas, WSDL, SOAP, REST, JSON, and Groovy.
• Proficiency with FTP, SFTP, PGP, JDBC, SQL, RDBMS, JMS, Mail, and HTTP/HTTPS.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration.
• Knowledge of distributed architecture and infrastructure sizing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, middleware tools, and integration performance tuning.
• Implementation experience for Global HR, Payroll, or UKG Time & Attendance.
• Professional Dell Boomi Developer or Architect certification.
