Description

You will lead Java/J2EE application development, own the full delivery lifecycle, and drive technical standards in an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation for software solutions.
• Automate build, operation, and runtime aspects of the software.
• Mentor less-experienced team members and guide technical discussions.
• Partner with analysts and quality engineers to resolve issues during Regression, UAT, and customer testing.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java and J2EE technologies.
• Experience developing microservices in cloud-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Ability to work closely with Systems Analysts and Quality Engineers.
• Proven ability to estimate and own delivery tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving code, design, and process trade-off discussions.
