Description

You will lead the design and development of digital portal solutions across front-end and back-end systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of digital portal solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and quality engineers, enforcing engineering standards like code reviews and testing strategies.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to align technical execution with business goals.
• Coordinate with offshore leads to manage priorities, blockers, and delivery timelines.
• Participate in defect triage and root cause analysis to drive quality improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in Agile environments (SAFe Agile methodology).
• Deep expertise in Angular, Node.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, SQL, and Java.
• Strong understanding of web security, including Akamai WAF and AWS-hosted applications.
• Experience with unit testing tools (JUnit, Mockito, SoapUI) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to mentor and coach developers.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree.
