Description

You will lead technical design and development of data workflows within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy AWS Glue workflows using Python.
• Lead technical evaluations and design approach discussions with product teams and stakeholders.
• Write high-quality production code and conduct code reviews and debugging for peers.
• Automate solutions to eliminate recurring issues and improve operational stability.
• Direct software development guidelines and best practices across the team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including source control, build processes, and testing.
• 5+ years of applied experience in Python or Java.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering concepts.
• At least 1 year of experience with AWS Cloud Computing.
• Experience as a mentor or technical lead.
• Familiarity with Agile practices.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale database technology such as Snowflake.
• Experience using Tableau for reporting.
