Description

Lead the design, development, and release of cloud-native microservices and big data solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud-native microservices using Java, Spring Boot, GCP SDKs, and GKE.
• Build big data processing pipelines with Dataflow, Apache Beam, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and Airflow.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins, implementing infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Helm.
• Mentor cross-functional teams including software, QA, and SRE engineers while defining technical direction.
• Define and maintain SLA/SLO metrics and ensure compliance with DevSec and FinOps KPIs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 7+ years designing and deploying cloud-native solutions on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Deep understanding of distributed microservices architectures and containerization (Kubernetes).
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD, Helm Charts, and Terraform constructs.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical problems for internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• GCP Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Dataflow, Bigtable, and Composer/Airflow for big data processing.
• Background in highly regulated environments with experience managing project budgets and roadmaps.
