You will lead the design and development of Python-based software components for AI-driven systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Python components for AI-driven systems.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate and productionize ML, DL, and Generative AI models.
• Architect and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend systems.
• Champion CI/CD practices, observability, and maintain system reliability at scale.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to solution design for RAG and Agentic AI workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Python development.
• Proficiency in API design and AWS cloud services.
• Experience with AI/ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and system observability.
• Strong grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Ability to drive scalable software architecture.
