Description

Lead architecture and technical direction for scalable AWS and GenAI applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end solutions using Node.js (TypeScript), React/Next.js, and serverless AWS services.
• Develop secure, production-ready GenAI integrations including RAG, LLM connectors, and AI governance.
• Build event-driven, asynchronous architectures leveraging AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and SNS/SQS.
• Implement comprehensive observability, logging, and tracing using CloudWatch, X-Ray, and OpenSearch.
• Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and drive engineering best practices across Agile teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript.
• Deep expertise in AWS services: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, API Gateway, CloudWatch.
• Experience integrating GenAI/LLM capabilities into modern cloud platforms.
• Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines and production support.
• Strong understanding of event-driven and serverless architecture patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenSearch for logging and search capabilities.
• Background in building high-traffic, consumer-facing applications.
