Description

You will lead the design and development of next-generation software solutions for intelligent systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of commercial and residential applications integrating lighting, climate control, and A/V distribution.
• Spearhead the design and development of backend systems using C# and .NET, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions and define system components.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, enforcing coding standards and design patterns.
• Implement optimizations and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer.
• Hands-on expertise in C# and .NET.
• Strong background designing scalable software architectures and distributed systems.
• Demonstrated experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with CI/CD toolsets and Git for version control.
• Deep commitment to writing clean code following SOLID principles and modern design patterns.
• Solid understanding of automation systems integration (HVAC, audio/video, security).
• Demonstrated leadership ability to guide technical teams and make strategic decisions.
• Understanding of multi-threaded software design and development.
