You will lead the technical direction of full-stack development, mentoring engineers and owning architectural decisions for scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee scalable architecture for complex platforms, ensuring readiness for future growth.
• Optimize data layer performance across DynamoDB, Athena, AWS Glue ETL, and QuickSight SPICE caching strategies.
• Champion modern development workflows, including AI-assisted coding, while maintaining rigorous code review and security validation standards.
• Mentor developers on complex implementations, providing hands-on technical guidance and establishing best practices.
• Collaborate with UI, API, and infrastructure teams to integrate Angular, Node.js, and AWS Lambda services.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with demonstrated leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript for backend and API development.
• Proficiency in Angular for building modern, data-driven UIs and interactive dashboards.
• Deep experience with AWS serverless architecture, specifically Lambda, DynamoDB, Athena, and AWS Glue.
• Proven ability to optimize query patterns and caching strategies within AWS data services.
• Experience with BI tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI, with a focus on data visualization.
• Track record of scaling applications under increasing complexity and establishing robust development workflows.
