Description

Lead full-stack development and architecture for scalable, data-intensive applications. Own the technical direction, mentoring developers while delivering hands-on code.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee scalable architecture solutions supporting current platform complexity and future growth.
• Optimize data layer performance across DynamoDB query patterns, Athena, AWS Glue ETL processes, and QuickSight SPICE caching strategies.
• Champion modern development workflows, including AI-assisted development, while maintaining rigorous code review and security validation standards.
• Mentor developers on complex implementations, providing technical guidance and establishing best practices for UI, API, and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with leadership responsibilities and hands-on technical delivery.
• Strong expertise in Node.js/JavaScript and Angular for building data-driven applications and interactive dashboards.
• Proven experience with AWS serverless architecture, including Lambda, DynamoDB, Athena, and Glue.
• Experience with BI tools, specifically QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI, with a focus on data visualization.
• Proven expertise in scaling applications under increasing complexity and establishing robust development workflows.
