Description

Lead full-stack development and architecture for scalable, data-intensive applications while owning technical direction and hands-on delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee scalable architecture solutions supporting platform complexity and future growth.
• Optimize data layer performance across DynamoDB, Athena, AWS Glue ETL, and QuickSight SPICE caching.
• Champion modern development workflows, including AI-assisted development, with rigorous code review and security validation.
• Mentor developers on complex implementations and establish best practices for UI, API, and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript for building data-driven applications.
• Proven experience with Angular for interactive dashboards.
• Deep knowledge of AWS serverless architecture, including Lambda, DynamoDB, Athena, and Glue.
• Experience with BI tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proven track record of scaling applications under increasing complexity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
