Lead the design and development of operator dashboards for cybersecurity professionals within a PaaS environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of operator dashboards to meet cybersecurity operational needs.
• Integrate APIs into cybersecurity applications using React and Java.
• Implement real-time monitoring features to provide immediate visibility into security events and threats.
• Manage the full product development life cycle, including creating, implementing, and supporting new capabilities.
• Collaborate with operators and product owners to translate workflows into effective dashboard features.

Required Skills

• Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
• 7-10 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in React and Java programming.
• Experience in UI/UX architecture and Human-Centered Design (HCD).
• Knowledge or experience in Computer Network Operations (CNO) capability development.
• Extensive experience in troubleshooting and debugging.
• Ability to travel to customer sites within the continental US as required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of software analysis, reverse engineering, or low-level internals (Windows, Unix, Mobile, or Network devices).
• Proficiency with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible).
• Experience with unit/system testing, Design Thinking, or DoD DevSecOps principles.
