Lead complex, companywide technology initiatives and define engineering standards for large-scale solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document large-scale projects.
• Drive new technology initiatives across the engineering organization.
• Develop and enforce companywide best practices for engineering solutions.
• Review technical solutions to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Mentor peer engineers and lead project teams through complex technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of web design and development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 2+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications using React JS with Redux.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and 2.1.
• Experience improving page performance and executing page optimizations.
• Experience managing third-party tags using Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch.
• Proficiency in debugging with Splunk or App Dynamics.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of financial services, banking, customer onboarding, and brokerage domains.
