Description

You will define the long-term architectural roadmap and lead solution design across multiple domains for ServiceNow platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish architectural standards, patterns, and guardrails for scalable delivery across product teams.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade automation using workflow, orchestration, and catalog capabilities.
• Integrate platforms with cloud, data, and application systems using scalable, event-driven designs.
• Champion cost-optimized architecture leveraging efficient cloud usage and resource allocation.
• Lead the oversight of release, change, and incident processes to ensure stable software delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or platform engineering.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with Cloud Platforms.
• Experience designing Distributed Systems.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Demonstrated skill in API Integration.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture and System Architecture principles.
• Familiarity with Performance Monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Broad technical knowledge spanning frontend, backend, infrastructure, and DevOps.
