Description

Lead complex, company-wide technology initiatives and establish engineering standards for large-scale solutions. You will design, code, test, debug, and document technical solutions while serving as a peer mentor to other engineers. Responsibilities include providing production support for web applications in a 24x7 on-call environment, troubleshooting defects, and collaborating with technical experts to resolve high-level issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex technology solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Establish company-wide engineering best practices by evaluating industry trends.
• Lead projects and mentor other engineers in technical execution.
• Provide 24x7 production support, including troubleshooting and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with external industry groups to resolve complex technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of application development using Java.
• 5+ years with Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA 11g/12c, Oracle Service Bus 11g/12c, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle or MongoDB database technologies.
• 2+ years of experience with Kafka.
• 2+ years designing enterprise applications for real-time and batch data processing.
• 2+ years in Microservices, SOA, and REST API development.
• Proficiency with BPEL, Web Services, WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XSD, XPath, and XSLT.
• Experience implementing SOA Suite adapters (DB, JMS, MQ, File).
• Understanding of IT Security Frameworks, including Authentication, Authorization, and Access Control.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
