Description

You will lead software development efforts across the full lifecycle, translating user needs into well-designed, tested code and owning system performance, security, and reliability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own system performance, security, and reliability, implementing changes based on industry best practices.
• Guide the development team through all phases of the SDLC and mentor technical members.
• Translate business requirements into actionable development stories and create technical documentation.
• Contribute to technical strategy, providing risk assessments and technical roadmaps to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional software development teams.
• 5+ years of experience developing scalable, web-based solutions.
• 2+ years of experience using AWS or AI capabilities.
• Strong experience with Angular, React, Vue, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of writing complex SQL scripts and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and SCRUM Agile methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or B.E/B.Tech.
