Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of distributed software applications and scalable microservices architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable distributed systems using .NET Core, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL Server.
• Develop microservices-based architectures focused on performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate complex systems using event-driven architectures for both batch and streaming.
• Lead technical design sessions, provide mentorship, and oversee code and architecture reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while managing client relationships.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
• Expertise in microservices development and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft stack, specifically .NET Core and SQL Server.
• Experience with message/event-driven architecture and RabbitMQ.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in application security best practices and secure DevOps.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based architectures in Azure or GCP.
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and tolling industry experience.
