Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions with a focus on AI-enabled features and intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, test, and launch new capabilities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that supports long-term scalability.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and strategic partners.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, including AI tools and frameworks, to improve products and engineering efficiency.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years (preferred) of professional software engineering experience, including experience in a senior or lead engineering role.
• Experience with Node.js and/or React.js.
• AI first mindset
• Experience building modern, scalable cloud-based applications.
• Experience developing or integrating AI-powered applications, LLMs, AI APIs, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing and working with NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in fast-paced, iterative development environments.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Firebase, including Realtime Database and/or Cloud Functions.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure.
• Experience in PropTech, FinTech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companies.
• Experience leading or collaborating with Nearshore/Offshore engineering teams.
• Startup or venture-backed company experience
