Description

You will own the release pipeline, delivering updates with minimal review while ensuring quality and reliability. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver key features and enhancements to accelerate growth and adoption.
• Lead integrations with major partners in payments, credit reporting, real estate, insurance, and home services.
• Write clean, maintainable code that is easy for others to extend.
• Perform code reviews and navigate large codebases to make safe, efficient updates.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience, with a senior-level role in a fast-paced startup environment.
• 8+ years of experience in Node.js and React.js, particularly in serverless environments like AWS Lambda and Cloud Functions.
• 5+ years of experience working with data architecture and design in NoSQL environments such as Firebase Realtime Database.
• 5+ years of experience writing clean, well-documented code.
• Strong ability to deliver features quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Proactive learner who adopts new tools and techniques to improve team performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in PropTech, FinTech, and/or payment processing.
• Experience managing Nearshore/Offshore Teams.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
