You will lead technical delivery and hands-on development for core systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on development for 75% of your time.
• Direct team workflows and manage technical delivery.
• Map system architectures to support scaling requirements.
• Lead database migration projects and web development initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as a Lead Software Engineer.
• Extensive hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in web development.
• Experience with architecture mapping.
• Experience managing database migrations.
• Proven ability to direct and manage team workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applied experience.
